Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") provided by Help for You - Rosemary Brown, to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at http://www.helpforyou.com.au ("the website"). They are effective from 1 July 2020 and will replace all earlier Help for You - Rosemary Brown terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over. Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Appointment Bookings

Appointment bookings can be made direct from my website, where you will have access to the available days and times of sessions. On making a booking you will receive a confirmation email of your booking.

Website bookings for appointments need to be made at least one full business day (24-hours) in advance – if an urgent booking is required you should contact Rosemary Brown by phone.

Payment for Appointments

Payments for appointments need to be showing in Help for You – Rosemary Brown at least one full business day (24-hours) prior to your appointment. Once payment has been received for your appointment, you will be sent an email confirming the receipt of your payment.

You can pre-pay Transformation sessions by buying in single sessions or you can bundle purchases in 3 or 6 session bundles. A discount will apply for bundle purchases.

Cancellation of Appointments

Cancellation of your appointment needs to be made at least one full business day (24-hours) prior to your appointment. Please advise cancellation by email to info@helpforyou.com.au or by phone. Rosemary Brown will contact you regarding options for rescheduling appointment. A refund of session fees, via will only be made if cancellation is actioned within this timeframe.

PRIVACY

Help for You – Rosemary Brown is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our clients' information. We are bound by law and by a strict code of conduct to maintain confidentiality of client information. Help for You – Rosemary Brown complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and with applicable state privacy laws.

We collect your personal details and brief details are kept of your Transformation counselling sessions, these details are available to you on request, collecting this information enables us to provide continuance and quality in your sessions.

We only collect information that is relevant and necessary for your support and to help you to achieve your goals of engagement with us.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We may use your contact details to send you information, including material such as information on new services we may offer.

We do not give, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties unless you give us express permission. End users and clients who do not wish to receive email correspondence from Help for You – Rosemary Brown, can simply follow the unsubscribe link contained in each e-mail.

Access to Your Information

You are entitled to request access to all personal information held by Help for You – Rosemary Brown. Normally you will be asked to apply for access in writing and provide identification. Help for You – Rosemary Brown maintains electronic client records, these records are held in the Cloud, all files are password protected and backup copies made and stored in an alternative Cloud domain, these records are also password protected, only approved staff have access to these records, these staff have signed an agreement committing to the confidentiality and privacy policies of Help for You - Rosemary Brown.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure information we collect about you is accurate, complete, and up to date. Clients can request incorrect information be amended. We are required by law to retain client records for certain periods of time depending on the type of record.

If you do not wish for us to collect certain information, you will need to tell us.
